Question:
I am 32 years old and in very good shape. I workout 3 to 4 times a week and have tried various supplements. I would be taking this to enhance my muscle definition and fat loss - do I need to "cycle" your product as one needs to with steroids? If I stop taking your product will my body's natural HGH production go down? Thanks ------------------- My Response: Thank you for your interest in our HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2 product. You should cycle the product by taking it for 6 days and take each 7th day off. Also, after finishing each 3 month supply you should take about one week off, before starting again. Detailed dosage instructions are found at the HGH-Pro web site by clicking on the link on the page about this product. When you stop taking the product your own growth hormone production should not go any lower than it was when you were not taking the product. After stopping, your pituitary gland should slowly return to its normal rate of growth hormone release, and then continue its normal decline as age progresses. Lisa Wells, RN |

Question:
Lisa, Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. A couple follow up questions... So you say only one week off after a 3 month cycle, does this cycle continue indefinitely? It seems like there would be some harm from taking it on a constant basis. Also - if/when you do stop taking it, will any of the benefits remain or are they linked directly to the eleveated levels of hgh? Thanks again, ----------------------------- My Response: Yes, you should continue that cycle while taking HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2. Because the product is homeopathic it is the safest type of HGH therapy, and should not over stimulate the pituitary gland. Also, I recommend cycling because it seems to work better when cycled. Regarding stopping the product, once discontinued the benefits should not quickly disappear, especially if the person is health and fitness oriented, however, since age continues to progress, as the amount of HGH released by the pituitary gland continues to decline, it will become harder to sustain the benefits. Some of my clients take the product for awhile, and then they stop taking it and don't resume until they feel like they need it again. Best Regards, Lisa HGH-Pro
