Hi Kerry,

Thanks for trying our product. Concerning benefits, the vast majority of people see good benefits within one month, and many begin seeing benefits in only a few days.

Some even notice the difference after the first night! In this case they usually notice that they fall asleep and sleep better than they have slept in years and they wake up feeling more refreshed. They usually start dreaming more at night also, this is a very positive sign that the product is working.

Of course it is an individual thing and depends on what benefits you are looking for and what condition you are in.

Please see this page on our main site for more specific information about the general expected benefits during the first 6 months of therapy with homeopathic human growth hormone:

http://www.hgh-pro.com/homeopathichgh.html

Also see this page for information about the benefits of our ProBLEN HGH products specifically:

http://www.hgh-pro.com/pro-blenhgh.html

Let me know how you do, I am hoping I will hear a good report from you soon.

Regarding your question about taking HGH while pregnant:

Because clinical studies have not been done that prove the safety of HGH therapy specifically during pregnancy women who are pregnant should not take any type of HGH therapy without the consent of their OB/GYN doctor.

As you probably know, it is the same for any type of health supplement or medication, pregnant women should not take any meds or supplements without their doctor's approval.

Take care and I hope you have a great holiday season!

Best Regards,
