Rest Assure it is said on your website , that it isnt for long time use! whats the best way to use it.

Dear Tom-my,

I am waiting to hear back from our homeopathic physicians. Since I am still waiting I wanted to go ahead and respond now, by telling you what we have been told.


Because Rest Assure is used as a sleep aid, we must place the sentence "not for long term use" on the bottle.


I assume this is because the FDA believes that any sleep aid has the potential to cause dependence.


Since Rest Assure does not contain any physically habit forming ingredients, the dependence would be psychological.


With Rest Assure, one should take no more than is needed.


Some clients only take one capsule per day, and some only take one capsule every other day.


Rest Assure should provide sound sleep with dreaming, and you should awake refreshed. You should also notice more calmness during times of stress.


If this can be accomplished with only one capsule every other day, that is fine.


If you begin finding it harder to awake, or if you notice yourself becoming groggy, then the dose should be decreased, or even stopped for a few days.


Once I hear back from the homeopathic physician I will post the reconfirmed official word regarding this.

Okay, here is the official word.

Rest Assure contains no ingredients that would be harmful, however, as a supplement it has not been "approved" for long term use, and that is why we are required to place that sentence on the bottle.

With our HGH products, besides taking one day off per week, I also recommend taking one week off after every 3 months of therapy. This could also be done with the Rest Assure.

If you are concerned, you might consider taking some time off from time to time. You might also wish to take the Rest Assure bottle to your doctor, so he/she can see the ingredients, and follow your doctor's advice.

oke, i see. to put from time to time the supplements a side is to give the body a rest. right, the story goes around if you dont then the supplement will lose out its effect.

who know maybe you know, Lisa. i hae a thick white, sometimes orange on my tongue. almost every day. do you have any clue what this might be the cause off. i checked by many ,still my toungue is like that.

I agree that some health substances can lose some of their effectiveness if taken over a long period of time, because the body becomes accustomed to the substance, like you said. With some substances the body becomes sort of "immune" and with some substances the body can build a tolerance, however, I do not believe that to be the case with all health substances.

Concerning the issue with your tongue, it could be thrush, which is an infection of yeast, or it could be a result of allergies. The orange color can come from certain bacteria that are usually harmless. White coating on the tongue can also be caused from other things. I must recommend you consult your private healthcare provider about this issue.
