Post Dieting and HGH Supplements

Improving the body’s human growth hormone to a healthier level has been found to decrease fat and help with weight loss, and weight loss by decreasing fat seems to be one of the more popular benefits those taking HGH supplements are hoping to see. I believe that in order to see the best benefits with human growth hormone supplements we should also take a good multi-vitamin, multi-mineral, antioxidant, and I believe it is very important to eat a good healthy, balanced diet. Generally, it is best to eat several small meals per day rather than eating 1, 2, or 3 large meals.

Those taking HGH supplements should not be on a very low calorie weight loss diet. The reason is because HGH helps with weight loss by improving metabolism, by building more lean muscle, and by balancing hormones in the body; all these improvements require nutrients and fuel (calories). I recommend a protein rich diet that is adequate in complex carbs and essential fatty acids, and is low in simple carbs. Of course all my recommendations are in general, and should not take the place of one’s own private healthcare provider’s recommendations.

I have known some clients who started taking our growth hormone supplement and one of their top priorities was to lose fat, but after one month they had not lost much fat. Upon questioning them I found that during that month they were also on a weight loss diet that was so low in calories it barely provided them with enough energy to get through their day; they certainly were not receiving enough calories to provide the extra energy that healing and building lean muscle requires.

Not providing the body with enough calories and nutrients can cause the metabolism to slow down. The metabolism is slowed in order to conserve calories, and if the body still does not have enough calories to provide the required energy, it may even burn muscle and keep the fat on reserve. This is a defense mechanism the body uses to try to prevent starvation. Some people have lost fat initially by being on very low calorie and/or very low carb diets, however, they are usually not able to stay on those diets, and when they begin eating normally again, their body may have already learned that it may be deprived of calories again in the future, and so it may store even more fat than before, preparing for the next low calorie diet.

Dieting in such a fashion can have a negative effect on the benefits seen with any HGH therapy. A better way to eat would be to eat several small and balanced meals per day. If we eat every few hours during the day then the body will become used to having its fuel replenished frequently and so it will not be afraid to burn its fat stores.

Eating correctly surely helps to stabilize weight, however, unfortunately, as we age we lose lean muscle and that muscle is usually replaced by fat. Even if we eat all the right foods and we exercise exactly as we should we will still lose a certain amount of lean muscle every year due to the aging process; this has been found to be brought about in large part by the decline of hormones. That is a major reason why improving HGH back to a younger and healthier level can help with fat loss. When the hormones are replenished the metabolism is improved and the body is better able to build lean muscle to burn the fat, however, the body still needs to be supplied with the building blocks it needs to build the lean muscle and repair the other effects of aging.

I would like to mention that HGH is not the only hormone that decreases with age. DHEA, thyroid hormone, and the sex hormones also play important roles in metabolism, the muscle/fat ratio, and the aging process. Improving HGH has been found to have a positive effect on other hormones in the body, and for those who wish to see the best anti-aging benefits there are supplements that address those other hormones.

Of course activity is also important in successful fat loss and anti-aging. Studies have shown that human growth hormone helps to increase energy and stamina and improve mood, and so should help to improve exercise and workouts. HGH has also been found to be very good at enhancing positive thinking, and so the person may likely become more motivated and success oriented.

In closing I would like to again state that I always recommend everyone consult their private healthcare provider about proper diet and nutrition and before taking any HGH, anti-aging or other supplements. The information provided in this article is not meant to take the place of the advice of one’s own private healthcare provider, nutritionist, or dietician.

Default night or morning

I have read so many different things about when it is best to use hgh. Which is better morning or night and does it matter if you eat before or after within a certain time frame?

Well, it depends on the type of HGH product you are taking. The products that are digested are usually made up of a group of amino acids, vitamins, and other ingredients. It is generally recommended that certain amino acids be taken one hour before exercise and also at bedtime on an empty stomach. Amino acids also need to be cycled, specific instructions should be noted on the bottle, or should be available at the manufacturer's web site or by contacting the manufacturer.

The homeopathic spray products are not stacks of amino acids and so they are taken differently. Of course each manufacturer should have their own specific instructions, but generally homeopathic HGH products are taken upon awaking, in the afternoon (if one exercises in the afternoon he/she can take the afternoon dose about 30 minutes to 1 hour before exercise), and about 30 minutes before sleep at night. Homeopathic products should also be cycled, however, they normally do not require an entire month off as amino acids usually do.

Concerning taking HGH products on an empty stomach, as stated above, amino acids are usually taken on an empty stomach.

It is not necessary that homeopathic products be taken on an empty stomach because the active ingredients are not being digested, however it is also not recommended they be taken immediately before or after meals. I generally recommend my clients not eat for about 1 hour before or after their day time doses and not eat for at least 2 hours before their bedtime dose, however, this is also individualized and will depend on what they eat.

The reason I recommend my clients not take their dose around meal times is because when we eat our glucose usually increases, and high sugar can inhibit HGH release, so I prefer our products be taken when the glucose level is stable.

I believe the best thing to do is to speak with your private healthcare provider and if he/she is not familiar with the product or HGH therapy I recommend speaking with a medical professional at the company who makes the product you are taking. They may have different recommendations based on the ingredients in their product.

I would suggest adding in exercise and not just relying on a diet or HGH supplement. But if you would of read the post then yes she does recommend using a supplement.
