HGH 30X, 12C, as compared to HGH 30X

A customer e-mailed me this question:

I recently purchased ProBLEN HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2 and I have the following question:

The ingredients of ProBLEN HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2 indicates the following "Human Growth Hormone - 30X, 12C" but for the product ProBLEN HGH the label indicates "Human Growth Hormone - 30X".

Does that mean for HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2 that the Human Growth Hormone has been diluted twice since it shows 30x followed by a comma and 12C - could you please provide clarification on whether the two products have the same amount of Human Growth Hormone or different amounts and how to interpret.

My reply:

The HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2 product contains 2 separate formulas of homeopathic human growth hormone, and the HGH product contains one formula.

HGH Plus contains the same 30X formula that our original HGH product contains, and it also contains a 2nd HGH formula, at 12C potency.

According to homeopathic principles the 12C formula is more potent than the 30X formula.
